Hello! My name is Shawn Halliday. I was born and raised in West Central Minnesota. I grew up playing sports with a passion for football and lifting weights. After high school, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where I served four years of active duty service. After the Marine Corps, I decided to pursue that passion for sports and fitness and enrolled at St. Cloud State University where I received my Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training. Realizing I wanted more education, I further pursued my education and enrolled at Northwestern Health Sciences University and recieved my Doctor of Chiropractic.

I have been working as a chiropractor now for 4 years, with my first clinical experience at a clinic in Alexandria, Minnesota and now here in Hopkins. In my downtime, I still enjoy lifting weights and watching football as well as golfing and spending time with my wife and son.

As a dedicated clinician, I believe in empowering my patients to achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized and tailored approaches. With years of experience and a passion for helping people succeed, my approach focuses on alleviating pain, increasing your physical capacity, and helping you thrive.

I specialize in chiropractic manipulations, IASTM, exercise, and other integrative therapies that result in long term adaptations and not just temporary relief. My practice is built upon the idea the belief that every person is resilient and strong, and together, we can develop a plan built for you and your goals.
