Person looking down texting

We have all become more dependent on the use of mobile phones for information gathering, communication and entertainment. These hand held devices certainly have made our lives easier but have also impacted our posture significantly. Looking down repetitively and for prolonged periods of time can irritate the joints and supportive muscles, ligaments and discs in our necks.
