Make some fire cider to boost your immune system throughout the winter.

This weeks blog is about fire cider. Fire cider is a popular tonic to help boost the immune system. It was first developed in 1978 by a herbalist and has since grown in popularity. There are many brands for sale. I included this months newsletter with a recipe on how to make such a tonic. It includes apple cider vinegar as its base with garlic, onions, horseradish, cayenne pepper, and honey. Many people also include tumeric for its anti-inflammatory properties. Mix some up and see what you think. Please remember, regular chiropractic adjustments help keep your immune system functioning at its optimum.
